- How long do our sessions last?
Personal Training sessions typically last 30 minutes. This depends on which workout we have scheduled for that day.
- How many days a week should I exercise?
Depends on your age, current Health and Fitness level, goals, mental or physical limitations. In order for me to give you an educated answer I need to gather some important information about you. As a general rule, when starting out, I recommend starting with a mild 3 days a week exercise routine.
- Do I get a Nutrition Plan with my package?
Yes, but only if you request it and need it. Not all clients eat unhealthy, some just need to exercise. Some of my clients have an horrendously unhealthy diet and workout 3 - 5 days a week. This is another example of your Personal Trainer needing to gather important information about your current lifestyle and eating habits so that he can give you a proper assessment.
- How much weight should I expect to lose?
Depending on many things, results will vary. For instance, men have more muscle and because of it, lose weight faster than women. Estrogen and testosterone play a significant part in this. Others may be on medication for an underactive thyroid, who knows. There are many factors that could play a roll in weight gain and loss. As long as you stay consistant with your Healthy eating habits and exercising you should expect to lose a few pounds per week.

Personal
Training is a commitment of your time. When considering a personal trainer it is important
to know you will need to reserve a block of consistent uninterruptible
time. By doing this
you are allowing your trainer to provide you
with the tools necessary to help you reach your Health and Fitness
goals, not to mention give you what you paid
for. Once you've paid Anthony Marchese in full you are locking yourself
into a written or verbal agreement for a set
period of time. In other words, once you pay
there is no backing out and most importantly
no refunds. Clients who have a legitimate doctors
note will be eligible for a refund. This doctors
note must be verified by Personal Trainer Anthony
Marchese. Clients who are unable to arrive
for their scheduled appointment must give me 24 hours notice no
matter what the reason or you will be billed
for that session. If you are going to be late
for your scheduled session you must call and
let me know how late you will be to make sure
I have
no prior engagements. If the client fails to
call and arrives
more than 15 mins past the scheduled appointment,
the client will automatically be billed for
that session, unless prior arrangements have
been made with Anthony Marchese. So be prepared
to finish up your sessions one after the other
from the day you start to ensure you will get the results you paid for. Please
note, there is a 14 day max on freezing sessions. Vacations are no expections,
unless special arrangements have been made with Anthony Marchese prior to your departure.
